Foreign experience in assurance management in constructing and exploiting of oil storage constructions

The article is devoted to modern technology of assurance management in construction and operation of oil storage
constructions in accordance with international quality standards “6 sigma management”. It is suggested to use this system for
domestic oil output and refining companies to reduce oil losses. The substantiation of economic feasibility of the introduction of
this system in the industry is described.
